October 2024 Street Evangelism Day 1

Today marked the beginning of 6dwthg’s first street evangelism, a significant outreach as we took the Gospel directly to the streets. Starting at 4:00 PM, we gathered at the Asero Estate Mini Market to witness to the people in our vicinity. The market was bustling, and we began by sharing the Good News with shoppers and traders. There was a palpable sense of curiosity as we spoke about the upcoming crusade, and the response was encouraging.

From there, we moved down to the Asero Estate Football Field, where we continued our evangelism. The atmosphere became livelier as the sound system played uplifting music in the background, drawing more people to engage with us. The sound of worship set a joyful tone as we invited the community to join us for the upcoming crusade.

Our next stop was Aladesanmi and its surrounding areas. We went street-to-street, speaking to the inhabitants and inviting them personally. The people received our invitation with joy, and many showed genuine interest. Some even promised to attend, while a few chose to ignore the invites, but through it all, we give glory to God. We were stunned by the responses of people – many willingly gave us their telephone numbers, requesting that we remind them a few days before the event.

Initially, the weather seemed uncertain, with the sky looking as though it might rain. However, as we pressed on, the clouds cleared, and the sky brightened, allowing us to complete the street evangelism with hearts full of rejoicing.

A total of six men of God were present, working together to make this first street evangelism a success. It was a day filled with joy, as we saw the hand of God move in the hearts of the people. We look forward to our second street evangelism tomorrow, October 23, 2024, and we remain grateful for your prayers and support. Glory be to God!
