On February 21, 2025, 6DWTHG (6 Days With The HolyGhost) held another powerful outreach at Godwin Junction, Oke Saje, Abeokuta, continuing the year’s theme, “The Blessings of Discipleship.” It was a moment of grace and divine visitation as God moved greatly among the people and His Word was made manifest in the gathering.
As the team arrived at the community, there was a noticeable openness and willingness among the people to listen to the Gospel. The atmosphere was calm yet expectant, and it was evident that God had already gone ahead to prepare hearts for His Word.
Before the outreach commenced, the team gathered to pray, committing the program into God’s hands and asking for the help of the Holy Spirit. The meeting officially began with prayers and a heartfelt session of praise and worship. Songs of adoration filled the environment as the people joined together in lifting up the name of Jesus. The worship session created an atmosphere of reverence and stirred the hearts of many present.
The Word of God was ministered with power and clarity on the theme “The Blessings of Discipleship.” The message centered on the call to follow Jesus genuinely and wholeheartedly. It was emphasized that Christianity is not merely about religious activities, but about living a life surrendered to Christ and growing daily in fellowship with Him.
The congregation was reminded that discipleship requires commitment, obedience, and love for God. Through the teaching, many came to understand that the blessings of discipleship are found in walking closely with Jesus and trusting Him completely.
