July 20th Outreach 2025: The Kingdom Of God

“How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!” — Romans 10:15.

Sunday, July 20th, 2025, will forever be etched in our hearts as a day of divine visitation. The 6 Days With The Holy Ghost team was on a heavenly assignment and the mission field was none other than Omida Shopping Complex, Omida Road, Abeokuta. What happened there was more than an outreach; it was a supernatural encounter, and truly, God was glorified!

🌿 Heaven Touched Earth at Omida

From the moment our feet touched the soil of Omida, the atmosphere was charged. There was a sense that something beyond ordinary was about to unfold. Our team began with pre-service prayers, saturating the land and its people with the presence of the Holy Ghost. It wasn’t just another outreach, it was a divine appointment.

The gathering opened with the powerful hymn “Draw Me Nearer”, a soul-stirring reminder of our constant need to draw closer to the Savior.
“Draw me nearer, nearer blessed Lord, to the cross where Thou hast died…”
This hymn echoed the hunger of our hearts and the cry of a generation that longs to touch God.

🎶 A Worship That Drew Heaven’s Attention

Led by Bro. Gbenga Banjoko, the worship session became a river where many in Omida were immersed. As hands were lifted and hearts poured out in adoration, shoppers paused, passers-by drew near, and strangers became a congregation. The worship wasn’t just sung, it was lived. God enthroned Himself on the praises of His people.

🙏 Heartfelt Prayers That Moved Mountains

The prayer session was nothing short of intense. As voices lifted in unity, chains were broken, hearts were healed, and faith was ignited. We stood on the promise of Jeremiah 33:3— “Call unto Me and I will answer thee…” and truly, God answered. Prayers for families, the community, salvation, and healing ascended like incense before the throne of grace.

📖 The Word: A Royal Invitation to the Kingdom

Then came the Word, delivered with clarity and authority by God’s servant, Mr. Olalekan Kola. His message, titled “The King of Kings is Inviting You Into His Kingdom”, was drawn from Matthew 22, the parable of the Wedding Feast.

He reminded us that Jesus isn’t just calling churchgoers — He’s inviting everyone. His message rang out loud and clear:

“The Kingdom of Heaven is not a distant place for a future time. It is the dwelling place of God where peace, joy, healing, and eternal light abide.”

God’s servant, Mr. Olalekan Kola, echoed the truth in John 14:2-3: “In my Father’s house are many mansions… I go to prepare a place for you.”

He boldly declared that access to this Kingdom is only through the Gospel —“For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth…” (Romans 1:16)

And as Scripture affirms in John 3:18: “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already…”

🌟 Souls Saved, Lives Touched, Heaven Rejoiced

As the message concluded, hearts were ready. Hands went up. Souls came forward. Prayers were said. There was rejoicing in heaven as new names were written in the Book of Life. Many came forth for healing, for encouragement, and for a fresh touch and the Holy Ghost met each one at their point of need.

💬 Final Thoughts: A Seed Planted, A Harvest to Come

The seed of the Kingdom has been planted at Omida, and we believe that a mighty harvest is coming. This outreach was not the end it was a beginning. And to everyone reading this, remember: the King of Kings is still inviting. Will you answer the call? Until the next mission…Keep burning, keep shining, and keep walking with the Holy Ghost.
