Our first outreach as a ministry took place on February 25, 2024, at Asero Estate Football Field, Abeokuta. With the theme “Return to the Lord,” this outreach was especially timely, as it coincided with a period of economic hardship in Nigeria. As the nation faced a falling economy, people were searching for hope and direction.
Though the attendance was modest, with 12 people present, the message of repentance and returning to God was delivered with urgency. The economic struggles provided a backdrop for the call to trust in the Lord, not in the failing systems of the world. Hearts were stirred as we shared the need for both spiritual and national restoration.
It was a powerful beginning for 6dwthg, and we look back on that day with gratitude for how God used it to set the course for the ministry’s mission. The seeds of faith planted that day continue to bear fruit, as we move forward in God’s purpose.
