March 23rd Outreach 2025: The Kingdom Of God

On the 23rd of March, 2025, we had a powerful outreach event at Saje Junction, adjacent to Baptist Boys High School, Saje, Abeokuta. It was a wonderful time in the Lord’s presence and also an opportunity to serve and spread the gospel. It marked a powerful day of prayer, worship, and the undiluted word of God. The event began with the 6 Days With The Holy Ghost Team (6DWTHG) interceding for the meeting, fervently praying that the heavens would open and that the hearts of the people would be receptive to the word of God. Their prayers set the tone for what would become a spiritually enriching experience.

The opening prayer followed, with prayers showered upon the land and the people. Led by Mrs. Joy Olalekan, the congregation was guided in prayer, allowing the Holy Spirit to move mightily in the hearts of all present. The atmosphere shifted as the people’s hearts were stirred to praise the Lord. The praise and worship session reached new heights, as the participants, filled with the Spirit, poured out their worship in unity.

As the service progressed, God’s servant, Mr. Olalekan Kola, took the stage to deliver the undiluted word of God. His message was timely and powerful, reminding everyone of the soon-coming return of Jesus Christ. He emphasized that Jesus is the only way to salvation, quoting from John 14:6 – “Jesus said, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’” Mr. Kola also highlighted the importance of both believing in our hearts and confessing with our mouths the truth of the gospel—Jesus came to die for us, and He was raised from the dead. He referenced Romans 10:9-10, which states: “If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.”

The outreach concluded with the 6DWTHG team expressing gratitude for the warm reception from the people. They declared blessings upon the land and its inhabitants, thanking God for His presence and the incredible outpouring of His Spirit during the event.

Glory be to God!
